I have the right to refuse any work request for any reason.

All works are digitally produced and there will be no physical product.

There will be no sketch phase for gil commissions. 1-2 minor edits are acceptable.

Work request may be cancelled if there is unacceptable conflict between the artist and the client.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WORK PRODUCED BY TSUK IS ALLOWED TO BE USED IN AI/ML MODEL TRAINING.

Under no circumstances are any work produced by Tsuk can be used in block-chain related technology, such as (but not limited to) NFTs and cryptocurrency.

Payment will be requested up front before the artist starts working.

If a deadline or any other requirement requested by the initial agreement is failed to be met, the client will be eligible for a full refund.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Repeated cancellations will result in blacklisting.

ONLY CHIBI HEADS may be used in streams without a commercial fee.

Products may be used on social media platforms where there is no monetary gain. Please credit!

Commercial use for other products will require a USD fee. If you are interested, please feel free to ask!

Credit must be visible if using products on social media.

The client does not have the right to claim artwork as their own work regardless of any existing editing of the work.

The client MAY NOT remove watermarks.

NO printing or physical production of gil commission product other than for personal use.
